Hi, I’m Cassidy
and I wear a lot of hats
I’m a first-generation rancher, consultant, speaker, and mom of three blue-eyed boys. Growing up in the city and falling in love with ranching (and a cowboy) gave me a unique perspective: a way to connect the practical realities of agriculture with strategy and innovation.
Whether on stage or in the boardroom, my job is straightforward: be an ag translator and show people what’s possible when ranching meets strategy.
